Sohrab Would Have Been 20 Today

Sohrab would have been 20 today had he not been slain by an evil regime which specialises in death and destruction. He would have been celebrating with the rest of his family and getting on with his studies had he lived in a free country. But the likes of Sohrab never die, they are reborn and more Sohrabs follow their path.

Sohrab's innocent face and the footage of his worried mother wondering outside the Evin prison looking for him when he was missing has made him become one of the icons of the Green Movement in Iran. Symbols of a struggle by a noble people against savages that have taken over our country.

Potkin is going on about Sohrab when all the news in Iran is about the capture of the American-backed traitor, Abdolmalek Rigi: a brilliant intelligence operation that nabbed a dangerous terrorist.

Below is a link to some jubilant scences from Zahedan, Sistan va Baluchestan province.

Potkin just wants to ignore this because he knows that his friends in MI6 and the CIA supported Rigi.

Potkin,

Why don't you talk about Iran's recent launching of its destroyer?

Why don't you post about the capture of Rigi?

Why don't you post about the deal with China to develop the pars gas field?

Everything you post about Iran is negative, and it only works to further subjugate you to the fringes the political spectrum.

Are you serious SZ? This might be the ultimate example of the pot calling the kettle black. Your regime's officials and advisors (think Professor Crocodile aka Mesbah-Yazdi) are convinced that their calling is to sow chaos in the world so as to quicken the apocalypse and the return of a hidden Imam who has been in a state of occultation for over a thousand years... Right, and you are far, far from the fringe.

HAHAHAHA!

Reza and SZ: If the mainstream Iranian supports the Islamic Republic, then why not let him or her vote for any candidate even a secularist? That way we can all know that the mainstream Iranian does in fact choose the Islamic Republic over a secular state as his or her preferred form of state for Iran!

Potkin is afraid to talk about Rigi because he fears he will captured on a flight to Dubai the same way the terror king was. LOL!

I'd be surprised if Potkin doesn't suffer from depression - everything is so negative here.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to Poktin's next appearance on the BBC and Channel 4 ...probably on Chaharshanbeh Soori.

Btw....I didn't like your cravate last time, Potkin.

Oh yes capturing Rigi was good, great we have destroyers and China will develop gas fields. Will the people of Iran be any better off? Will the people of Iran be able to choose their own government and have the right to peaceful protests? Will they be any happier and more prosperous?
I don;t think so.

Its like saying Germans should have never criticised Hitler because he rebuilt the German Air Force. Childish argument!

But wouldnt it be good if we could capture Rigi, launch destroyers, develop our Gas Fields OURSELVES and also have democracy and human rights

Reza,

Remind me when was I wearing a
'cravate'? :))

Looks like Rigi was caught with the help of the Americans, so how does that leave your beloved anti-imperialist regime?

SOhrab Jendeh,

Once again you distort reality.

Who ever said that this one guy you mention, speaks for all Iranians in Iran? You take one thing this guy says, and relate it to all Iranians who happen to disagree with you. You're the idiot.

Dude, you're supposed to be a law student!!! WTF are you talking about? Learn to debate without making an ass out of yourself.

hahaha..fucing idiot, you must be miserable evertime Iran does something good.

Potkin,

Yes, yes, and yes. Capturing a terrorist will make Iranians happier and better off, since he was targeting our people. Having a destroyer will make Iranians better off since it protects our interests. And developing the gas field will make us better off because it gives us more sources of energy! Don't be an idiot.

And for the last time, Iranians already have chosen their government, they already have teh right to protest in PEACE. You can deny it all you want, doesn't make it so.

"Its like saying Germans should have never criticised Hitler because he rebuilt the German Air Force. Childish argument!"

Talk about childish arguments!! You compare Iran to Hitler? Are you fucking serious? You compare Iran's government which is ushered in by the people and elected year by year to the government of Adolf Hitler which killed 6 million jews? How many Jews has Iran killed or put in concentration camps?

Dude, seriously, get a fucking life. You're pathetic.

Hidden Author,

Iran is a religious country with a Shia Muslim identity. Secular culture is alien.

As for elections, The liberal "Iran Freedom Party" competes in local elections and, let's face it, The Green movement is a secularist-fundamentalist hybrid.

Also, Ahmadinejad and the Revolutionary Guard are the best hope for the de-mullahization of Iran, and the clergy have already lost a lot of power.

Mousavi, Khatami and Karroubi are supported by Qom.

Azarmehr said...

SZ,

So basically we have free elections, any one can come out in a peaceful protest without being harmed, people feel secure because a terrorist has been captured and we now have destroyers and everyone will be well off because the Chinese got the contract to develop South Pars fields?

I thought you said you are in Texas and not on another planet?

SZ said...

Potkin,

Once again you distort the truth!

The point is that Iran is doing much good for both its people and for the development of its economy. You denying that, or not even acknowledging that makes you look like a lackey and traitor.

I never said we didn't have problems and our system couldn't be reformed for the better, but the difference between me and you is that you exagerate the bad, and hide the good.

Azarmehr said...

SZ,

So can you spell out the problems. What are the problems according to your wisdom?
