I don't usually accept statements about the 'Iranian soul' because they usually represent generalizations. I hope I can extend the same courtesy to Russians or any other nationality... That said, I think it's telling that in the past 150 years, Russia has been invariably ruled by autocracies or totalitarian regimes -- save perhaps for the all-too-brief 1990s.
A free Iran wont do trade and commerce with Ruskies and Chicoms. Period!
