Mosque Told to Cancel Neda' s Ceremony

They killed Neda, they deprived her of her future, they took her away from her loved ones. Now these evil monsters who claim to represent God on earth won't even let her family hold her ceremony at the mosque. What do they fear? that millions will come to say their farewell to this daughter of Iran? Has the world ever seen evil like this before? How did those apologists ever justify this evil regime? How did they ever look themselves in the mirror?

Watch the repression in this footage, feel the fear they are trying to instill but also feel the defiance.

Weep not Mother Iran, for every one of your sons and daughters that fall in this battle of good against evil, thousands more will pick up your banner and sing your anthem

If John Kennedy was alive today he would say, "I am an Iranian!" A woman called Neda died on the streets of Tehran this weekend. This is the real cost of freedom. This is not something many of us understand, I don't think. I have not felt this moved in my memory. Long live Neda!

NEDA (You Will Not Defeat The People!)

Neda was a young girl
She would not wear the hijab
She walked out on the streets of Tehran
To join the madding crowd

She felt a burning fire in her chest
And her blood began to flow
You will not defeat the people
When their lust for freedom grows

Down down go the concrete statues
Watch the faceless soldiers run
You will not defeat the people
When they learn that freedom's fun

Neda was a young girl
Her eyes were black as coal
She walked out on to the streets of Tehran
To take back some control

Watch her father with her face in his hands
Screaming out into the sky
You will not defeat the people
When they learn that they can fly

(First verse again...)

You will not defeat the people
When it's freedom that they know
You will not defeat the people
Crying Neda in the streets
You will not defeat the people
Crying Neda in their sleep.

While the demonstrators should be respected for their courage, the use of such courage may be misplaced. If you replace the Ahmadinejad wing of the Islamic Republic with the Mousavi wing, the Islamic Republic still exists!

"His (Obama) lack of response will not be regarded lightly. We will watch for how much his response will help the people or the regime. We will know more this week... Obama can hold talks with the regime in Iran if he wants. Is it morally correct for Obama to support the regime? Does he actually believe the people of Iran will appreciate that? The social movement requires support. If the world really wants the advent of terrorism to disappear in the Middle East, if they want peace with the Palestinians and Israel, if they want nuclear techhology to be developed for peaceful things and not nuclear weapons... They only need to support the people of Iran right now. This regime has the most dangerous of ideologies. They're killing the opposition.

Here's a blog post about the importance of not letting useful idiots in the diaspora hijack rallies in support of people in Iran:

Thank you Surind.

John, NIAC are the biggest idiots if they still think anyone cares what Iranian state tv tells them!

The Sun and Lion flag is nothing to do with monarchy nor MeK, it is the legitimate flag of Iran

See what I mean?

These NIAC fuckers are everywhere!

It was not only Neda. There are other grieving parents. In this young man's case the bastards expected the parents to pay $3000 bullet tax before they would release his body. The parents were not rich and they could not pay. The hospital morgue relented and released his body. Like Neda he was not involved in any protests, but the Basij shot him anyway.

Azarmehr, you fucking idiot, this is not a revolution, the party is over, the "uprising" is over and done with.

I can't wait to hear your excuse as to what happened, or as to what was accomplished. The truth is, your candidate lost, and the rebellion was put down by the ELECTED government of Iran.

Go to hell you blithering idiot.
